Villa Piso Aetos View is a ground floor house of 80m² and can accommodate up to five (5) persons. It is built on the hill above the natural bay of Piso Aetos and has an unobstructed view of the bay.

The exterior of the villa includes a garden with a total area of approximately 1,000 m2.It has a paved courtyard with an outdoor recreation area with a dining area. The villa also has a private B.B.Q., which has a separate recreation area where you can enjoy your meal or drink.

The property also includes a private swimming pool of 3.5m (width) x 6.5m (length) x 1.5m (depth), ensuring moments of relaxation and well-being.

The villa has two bedrooms with a double bed in each bedroom, open plan kitchen, living & dining room and two bathrooms.There is a sofa in the living room that can be converted into 1 single bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped (it includes ceramic cooking hobs, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee facilities of all kinds (for french coffee, espresso, frappe, greek coffee), cooking pots, kitchen tools & serving utensils (boiler, toaster, blender, squeezer).

The technological equipment of the villa includes a free wi-fi (indoors & outdoors), satellite flat screen TV, 3 air-conditions (one in bedroom, one in the living room space).

location

The villa is located above the natural bay of Piso Aetos, so it is a very short walk from the beach of Piso Aetos (just 500m). It is also very close to the main port of Ithaca (65m) which can be reached either by car or on foot.

Ithaki Villas is located 6.5km from Vathi, the commercial centre of Ithaca, where there are many grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall, the property is located in the middle of the island, so everything is easily accessible. The most famous beaches of the island are located at a distance of 5-10km (e.g. Sarakiniko, Filiatro, Prosta Aetos).

Other attractions of the island (villages, beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars) can be reached within 15-25km.
