Villa Piso Aetos View is a 50m² ground floor house and can accommodate up to three (3) persons. It is built on the hill above the natural bay of Piso Aetos and has an unobstructed view of the bay.
The exterior of the villa includes a garden with a total area of approximately 800m². It has a paved courtyard with outdoor recreation area and dining area. The villa also has a private B.B.Q., which has a separate recreation area where you can enjoy your meal or drink.
The property also includes a private swimming pool (3.5m width X 6.5m lenght X 1.5m depth), ensuring unforgettable moments of relaxation and well-being.
INTERIORS
The villa has a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen, a living room with dining area and a bathroom. There is a sofa in the living room that can be converted into 1 single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped (includes ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, all kinds of coffee facilities (French coffee, frappe, Greek coffee), pots, pans, kitchen utensils and serving utensils (kettle, toaster, blender, squeezer).
The technological equipment of the villa includes free wi-fi (indoors & outdoors), flat screen TV, 2 air-conditioners (one in the bedroom, one in the living room).
LOCATION
The villa is located above the natural bay of Piso Aetos, so it is a very short walk from the beach of Piso Aetos (just 500m). It is also very close to the main port of Ithaca (65m) which can be reached either by car or on foot.
Ithaki Villas is located 6.5km from Vathi, the commercial centre of Ithaca, where there are many grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall, the property is located in the middle of the island, so everything is easily accessible.
The most famous beaches of the island are located at a distance of 5-10km (e.g. Sarakiniko, Filiatro, Aetos). Other attractions of the island (villages, beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars) are accessible within 15-25 km.
